You'll be 'kind to the planet' when we fix that, but it can wait till next visit." Jim's also prioritizes by budget. "Let's take care of the two smaller items today and the costlier third item next time." Speaking of time, Jim's estimates of how much time a job will take are accurate. In my 20+ years as a customer, I've been treated fairly and honestly and never felt "shaken down" at Big Jim's Auto.
