Great place to take your ride!! Super honest and sometimes will save you a lot of money. i had a brake job that i expected to be pricey but they got me outta there with a few hundred bucks spent and i will go back there every time!

Can’t say enough good things about Big Jim’s. Multiple workers who have been there for decades, extremely honest and fair on costs, and friendly to talk to (all of which are VERY hard to find in an auto shop). I wish I could give more than 5 stars so anyone who lives nearby realized how much better this service is going to be than anyone else. Multiple times I have brought my car in, they looked at it for a couple hours, with test drives, found out what was wrong and told me an easy fix (or found a silent recall so I didn’t have to pay) and then didn’t charge me anything. I will not bring my car anywhere else.

We have taken our vehicles here for a few years now and have always had piece of mind taking it here. We know we can trust them to do what’s best. Everyone is very kind & knowledgeable.

As cars get older, their parts need to be replaced--if they can't be rebuilt. When I took in my 2010 Malibu to Big Jim's Auto this time, the mechanics purchased and installed several new parts. But they also informed me of the warranties that came with the parts. Big Jim's does this. They get the warranties and keep track of them for me. This can result in savings down the road. When I visit Big Jim's next, my car will show 356,000 miles on the odometer.
