Had car towed to Jim's on weekend due to it making similar noise to when I had to have a turbo charger replaced in 2022. Crew looked at car on Monday and called same day with surprisingly good news: a hose had come off turbo charger that was causing noise and it was reconnected. Picked vehicle up that day and it's been fine since. Thanks to all involved in quick and great service with added bonus of no charge!!!

With 365,000 miles under its belt, my 2010 Malibu has had nearly all of its original parts replaced. The computer that, you might say, "manages" the original transmission needs to be reprogrammed or replaced. This was the diagnosis Big Jim's Auto came up with when I took my car in the other day. Now Big Jim's doesn't handle transmissions. But after a "no charge" diagnosis, they steered me to reputable shops who do transmission work. Once again, great customer service. That's why I'll stick with Big Jim's Auto.

I was in a real pinch & once again Jim & his team through with flying colors. I was expecting a week for repairs, but no, Jim took care of business quickly. Jim you can never retire !! Thanks again. rd
