Recently, time had come for a routine oil change on my 2010 Malibu. With over 327,000 miles traveled, my car--you'd think--would need more than an oil change at this point. Jim asked, "Anything else we need to do?" "No, not this time" I responded. "Actually, Jim, you've done it all already. And that's why my car is still on the road."

I'm grateful for the kind consideration I received at Big Jim's Auto. Recently, the alternator on my 2010 Malibu--probably the original--suddenly "went kaput.," as they say. Rather than have me make an appointment, the crew at Big Jim's fixed the problem on the spot. I had my car back in a couple of hours. As an old customer, I first thought, "Loyalty pays off." But at Jim's, they said, "You help people at the hospital you work at, so we thought we'd help you. Besides, we know you love your car."
