I was dreading looking for a mechanic ever since I moved here, but I'm glad I found a good one on my first try! Jim was really nice and also did a great job explaining what was going on with my car. I felt pricing was fair, and I didn't have to worry about being sold something I didn't actually need. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Big Jim’s Auto on 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield MI. They were so accommodating with me to let me drop it off and worked on it really quickly. Usually they would like persons to have an appointment but when I explained it was my only vehicle, they were so understanding. I find them to be very honest and not trying to charge high prices. I had service done there once before and they were great. I can’t praise them enough and will always take my car there if needed in the future.
