Great communication. Great price. Fast service. Truck broke down and had to choose a local repair shop. Found Big Jim’s was less than a mile away. I called to see if they could accommodate me. They referred me to a tow company who pulled me in. They called the next morning to inform me my truck was on the lift and how much the repair would be. Everything was put back together by the end of the day. They even fixed a couple bulbs that were popped. I was happy I was able to find an honest American owned company when this unplanned emergency came up. Losing a work truck for any amount of time can be a huge set back! Did I know what a crankshaft oil seal is? No. Not until Jim of Big Jim's Auto took me on a tour of my hoisted vehicle and showed me. "You're spewing oil on the underside of your car. We have to fix this immediately or you could ruin your engine." This is what's kept me a customer of Big Jim's for over 20 years. I bring my 2010 Malibu in for what I think will be a routine oil change. I get the oil change, but also a thorough prognosis of what else will need to be addressed now and down the road. When I bring my car in for its next oil change, it'll be at the 365,000 mile mark. All thanks to Big Jim's.
