Big Jim's goes the extra extra mile. Back in 2018, I damaged the exterior of the assembly on my driver's side door for opening and closing the window. The assembly still functioned but was visibly damaged. Recently, my friends at Big Jim's shopped around until they found a replacement assembly for my 2010 Chevy Malibu and installed it. The door looks factory new. Thank you, Big Jim's!

As always, Jim, Monica and The Guys took GREAT care of me. Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation but they found another more serious issue that needed to be taken care of. Knowing that I really needed my truck, they were able to complete the repairs in less than a day and a half AND for a lot less than they originally quoted. My wife was out driving our 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 when it lost half of its coolant due to a loose hose. Patrick diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had her back on the road again quickly. He was competent, professional and honest in his dealings with her. These days many shops are not so trustworthy and take advantage of those less knowledgeable in these areas.
