Over all the years that I have dealt with Jim and company, I have been totally satisfied. I've seen him handle minor issues and send the satisfied customer out the door without charges. They always aim to please. I've recommended Big Jim's Auto to my daughter and she has been well taken care of. Couldn't be more pleased. Fair, Talented, Caring.... what more can you ask?
