Once again, I came to Big Jim's Auto with complete confidence, as I have for over the last 20 years. And again, I drove away a completely satisfied customer. The service was expert and personable. Once thing I've never experienced is being "talked down to"-- made to feel ignorant because I don't much about the complex workings of today's autos. Big Jim's staff are the liaison between laymen like me and today's high tech. They make their explanations of service crystal clear.
